Chameleon's change color to match their mood, not to blend in with their surroundings. They will often try to scare off potential dangers by turning bright colors because they are rather slow and defenseless. They have long tongues that allow them to eat without moving and they can absorb water from the air.

Article Abstract:
A wildlife photographer who likes to get very close to his animal subjects and shoots them in extreme close-up was inspired by a story about a boy who gets to meet animals and understand their problems. He hopes his photographs will reveal the heart of animals and encourage people to protect them.

Air Force 1st Lt. Michael Blassie's remains were identified 26 years after his plane crashed in 1972 in South Vietnam. The mitochondrial DNA tests used to identify Blassie did not exist at the time of his death. He is now buried at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery
