An ideal time to visit the USS Constitution, the country's oldest commissioned warship, at the Boston National Historical Park is during a snowstorm. Modern Boston is nowhere in sight and its city noise muffled because of the snow. With the wind sighing in the background, it is as if one was on board the ship in 1799.
