The true king of beers
Article Abstract:
Jim Koch of Boston Beer Company, armed with little more than his great-grand-father's beer recipe, in 1984, began making what is now America's best-selling and most popular craft brew. Jim remains hands-on in the creation of each of the company's brews, on production end as well, he ensures quality himself by tasting a bottle of each batch of beer before it goes to market.
