Article Abstract:
Track and field analysts while sifting through athletic records have always noticed that runners have clocked faster timings while running in the Bislett stadium track in Oslo, Norway, which has been closed only to be rebuilt into an eight lane track. It is considered that athletes ran faster on the track due to the unique nature of the way the stands were built because of which spectators were breathing down on them and egging them on.
