Looters are wreaking havoc on historical sites and robbing the US of its national treasures. The government, though, finds it hard to convict these criminals with the absence of solid proof of their activities. Collectors only further encourage such ruthless thieving.

Shameful looting of America's past

Looters can be found in Virginia and Alaska countrysides looking for valuable artifacts. The Native American sites are their favorite targets. This illicit activity continues due to limited law enforcers and the difficulty in arresting the moneyed collectors.
