'Notch-baby' benefits fall short
Article Abstract:
Americans born between 1917 and 1926 generally receive less Social Security benefits than people born immediately before or after,according to observers. There are 8 million of these so-called notch babies who are suffering lower benefits because of an early Social Security reform.
