Dr. Steere uncovered Lyme disease 25 years ago. Many Lyme disease sufferers claim that their lives have been ruined by the Dr. Steere because he denies them treatment for an acute form of the disease. Dr. Steere believes that many of these people do not actually have Lyme disease.
