Tips on snoozing include how, where and when to nap. To avoid rumpling clothes, hair or cheek, nap sitting up with feet on a footstool. Late afternoon seems the ideal time for a 20- to 35-minute nap. Naps can be taken any place and in any circumstance, parties included.
