Article Abstract:
The scent of glue brings back to a former factory worker memories of an incident at the American Polymer Co., the firm that introduced Elmer's Glue in the 1950s. A reactor in the factory exploded, threatening nearby factories and causing damage to other buildings, and injured the worker.
