One of the last remaining symbols of the sixties counterculture, the Grateful Dead, continue to pack concert venues at every stop on their tour circuit. The Dead's tours are among the longest running and most successful in rock and roll, and their crowds range from youthful drug-dealers to mainstream lawyers.
