Thomas Bata's 50-year exile from Czechoslovakia finally ended in 1989. The Bata shoe empire has finally come to a full circle returning to its origins. It was stablished in Ziln at the beginning of 20th century and it became global by the 1920. Its central office was moved to Canada in 1939.
