A massacre that killed 35 Sikhs in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir in Mar 2000 is believed to have been carried out by Pakistani militants, but some Pakistanis believe it was members of the Indian Army. Efforts to get to the bottom of the massacre by talking with people who allegedly helped carry it out and the locals who helped are described.
