The Hensel twins share a torso and have one pair of legs and arms. They have different tastes in food and different interests, but have learned to cooperate to survive. They are fortunate to have a happy family and live in a small town that is accepting. The are unusually healthy and well-adjusted.

Saving the last orangutans

Ten percent of Borneo'a orangutan population has been destroyed since the summer of 1997 due to fires. Primatologist Birute Galdikas has rescued scores of orangutans. She pleads the cause for the animals worldwide. The animals are also rehabilited at her compound.
