Article Abstract:
The fall of the communist states has ushered in new threats to world peace. However, some experts see that these threats will not attempt to engage the U.S. and the West in face-to-face confrontations. Instead, these threats will use unconventional tactics to attract attention. Furthermore, these experts have pinpointed possible political hot spots in the world.

The Phoenix Art Museum exhibit called 'Old Glory: The American Flag in Contemporary Art' was hailed by the arts community a success. However, the Legionnaires and the rest of the public took exception to how the American flag was desecrated by the exhibited art pieces.
