VA to open eight new outpatient clinics
Article Abstract:
The VA has established eight community-based outpatient clinics in Michigan, Texas and Nevada as part of its continuing effort to improve access to VA health care. The new facilities will bring to almost 260 the number of new outpatient clinics established by the agency since about 1996.

Article Abstract:
The merits of whether the US should resume nuclear arms testing at the end of the Cold War were evaluated. Pros and cons of the idea from members of the legislature were also presented.
