Article Abstract:
The veterans who served in the US armed forces, or their survivors coming to Veterans' Affairs (VA) seeking benefits to which they are entitled, deserve a fair, proper and timely decision. However, many veterans are finding the experience of pursuing a claim through VA's complex adjudication process to be frustrating, as it takes too long to process a claim, with the result that they are not getting their due benefits.
