Thomas Dutton is a 24-year-old Australian aborigine who had a promising future. Now an illiterate alcoholic, Dutton, like most aborigines, has depended so much on the nation's welfare system. This has bred illegitimacy, fatherlessness, crime and alcohol abuse in a once-self reliant society.

Scandal of America's puppy mills
Article Abstract:
A visit at a puppy mill in Lancaster County, PA, revealed that the puppies were living in metal cages stacked four and five cages high. They had open sores and hairless spots from lying on the metal wire. Urine and waste from the upper cages found their way into the lower cages.
