White supremacist Byron De La Beckwith was unsuccessfully prosecuted in 1964 for the murder of civil rights leader Medgar Evers. Mississippi prosecutor Bobby DeLaughter has found new evidence in the case, and Beckwith will be re-tried in Sep 1992.
