Article Abstract:
An appreciation is presented of the strengths and weaknesses seen in the concept of freedom in the United States, in the wake of the terrorist attacks of September 11th, 2001. Historical aspects are also included, reviewing the atrocities of Pearl Harbour, World War II and the cold war.
