Article Abstract:
The Americans are afraid of poetry and their failure to master this subject or understand it makes them embarrassed and confused. Nowadays, rap, slam poetry and spoken word are making the American poetry scene lively by adding music and rhyme and entertaining the audiences, but another way to attract the younger generation towards this subject is by making the teachers and principals read out the poetry without having the students to analyze it during the term papers.
