Article Abstract:
The importance of both Republicans and Democrats uniting behind one candidate during the recall of governor campaign in California is discussed. Unless the Republicans unite behind either Arnold Schwarzenegger or Tom McClintock, and the Democrats chose either Gray Davis or Cruz Bustamante in the race for the governorship of California, both parties stand to lose.
