Allocation of pollution abatement under learning by doing
Article Abstract:
A study listing the essentials of an environmental policy for pollution abatement is presented. The policy should encourage technologies, which duly consider the current pollution abatement costs vis-a-vis costs in future. The policy should also give preference to latest technologies rather than older versions.

International emissions trading with endogenous allowance choices
Article Abstract:
Endogenous choices of tradable and non-tradable emission allowances by non-cooperative countries are compared. It is found that cost savings of trading do not necessarily lead to less pollution.
