Article Abstract:
Timely measures can save California's environment and natural resources, much of which is endangered due to pollution. California faces problems such as air pollution, soil erosion, forest fires and population explosion. However, California still retains much of its natural beauty and efforts such as the plans to change farming techniques and the Bank of America's attempt to issue a state wide growth management blueprint can save the environment.
