Price squeezes in a regulatory environment
Article Abstract:
The relevance and the scope of price squeeze tests in a regulatory environment is analyzed. The three types of ex ante regulation (full, partial or no regulation) are distinguished to identify regulatory squeezes, predatory squeezes and squeezes as foreclosure. The application of aggregation level predatory price squeeze tests in telecommunications is discussed.
