Individual financial decisions in retirement saving plans: the role of participant direction
Article Abstract:
The role of participant's investment choice in asset allocation, contribution, and account balances, is presented. Participants with investment choice, have atleast $9000 more in their account, compared to those without investment choice.

Does international coordination of pension policies boost capital accumulation?
Article Abstract:
A perfectly balanced PAY-AS-YOU-GO (PAYG) pension scheme is studied. It is seen, that the world savings and capital accumulation, are not boosted by the international coordination of pension policies.
