Transformational diplomacy takes managing for results
Article Abstract:
The U.S. Department of State's mission is to create a more secure, democratic and prosperous world for the benefit of the American people and the international community, for achieving which, the department is adopting a bold approach under the leadership of Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. It is framing the transformation diplomacy, which would enable using American diplomatic power, and resources to help people across the globe better their own futures, build their own nations and thrive under an umbrella of security and piece.
