Career survival strategies for materiel managers
Article Abstract:
Materiel management staff must equip themselves with the knowledge of information systems and the skills to present facilities and create strategic plan to survive competition, and get the exact information they would share with their customers. It is also suggested that materiel managers must first determine who their customers are and then identify their preferences before deciding the best move to take. Materiel managers must take the responsibility of reporting the right materiel cost data and offer the best prices that would attract senior managers and customers.
