Developing job-related preplacement medical examinations
Article Abstract:
Medical examinations of prospective and current employees, especially handicapped and disabled employees, must conform to federal regulations that require employment selection procedures to be based on job-related criteria in order to prevent discrimination. Humanistic and business goals are also considered in the method proposed.

Article Abstract:
Researched data revealed occurrence of dermatitis in hairdressers with a history of allergies. Length of product use decreases occurrence of dermatitis.
