Integrate ergonomics and RTW programs to improve health
Article Abstract:
By combining safety measures and return-to-work (RTW) programs the company can improve employee health. The number of days the employee is away from the work is decreased with these programs. The injured employees are less likely to return to work, if the supervisor of the company does not contact them regularly. Some of the steps that should be followed to increase the RTW outcomes are discussed.
