Worker terminated after medical leave exceeds union contract
Article Abstract:
The implications of judgment given by the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois in Davis v. Olin Corporation are discussed. The court ruled in favor of the employer because the employee's medical leave exceeded that stipulated in statute of limitations.
