A change of habit
Article Abstract:
There are 4 primary bad eating habits that prevent weight loss and can contribute to poor health. Eating large portions, eating fast, eating continually, and eating emotionally. These habits can be replaced with good ones such as keeping a food diary to control portions and emotional eating, consciously relaxing at meals, and only eating at the table.
