The Knowledge and Skills Framework, introduced by the UK National Health Services aims to support nurses and other healthcare professionals in their lifelong learning by introducing development reviews for all staff. The development reviews aim in generating or reviewing personal development plans that would help nurse in gaining opportunities to progress their career.
