A brief profile on Keith Nelson and Stephanie Monseu, founders of the Blindlestiff family cirkus is presented. As Bindlestiff grew in popularity, Nelson, Monsue, and a changing roster of additional performers began touring the United States six months a year in a bus that doubled as a bookmobile.

Drinking water quality in Tanzania has improved dramatically since 1961, but the 1991 target date for the provision of potable water for all has not been met. Officials hope to provide safe water to the 35-55% of the population that lacks access by 2002.
