A novel X chromosome-linked genetic cause of recurrent spontaneous abortion
Article Abstract:
Women with recurring miscarriages may have abnormal X chromosome inactivation, leading to an X-linked genetic disorder that kills male fetuses. Normally, X chromosomes are inactivated randomly in girls and women, but sometimes this does not happen.

Association between allelic variants in cytokine genes and preeclampsia
Article Abstract:
The relationship between cytokine genotypes and preeclampsia was examined. It was found that cytokine genotypes were associated with preeclampsia and might identify women who are at high risk for preeclampsia.
