A parent's guide to a safe nursery
Article Abstract:
Parents attach much importance to their babies' safety. One way for parents to ensure their babies' safety is to choose only products that meet safety standards for the babies' nurseries. Instead of bassinets or cradles which can tip over or break their bottoms, parents should select a sturdy crib for their babies. Night-lights should be kept out of the baby's reach and personal monitoring by parents, even if the nursery is equipped with its own monitors, is encouraged. Furniture should be arranged in such a way that it does not endanger the baby and baby clothes should be big and comfortable enough to prevent suffocation.
