How safe is your asthma inhaler?
Article Abstract:
A study found that people using a high-dose beta-agonist bronchodilator have a higher rate of fatal or near-fatal asthma attacks. Increased need to use an inhaler is a sign that asthma is worsening and a doctor should be consulted before the prescribed dosage is exceeded.

Drinking water: how safe is yours?
Article Abstract:
The Safe Water Drinking Act requires the removal of unsafe levels of microorganisms, lead and chemicals from drinking water, but the Environmental Protection Agency found unhealthy levels of lead in 819 cities in 1993. Drinking water precautions are discussed.
