A personal cancer ordeal sheds new light on practice
Article Abstract:
A nurse's experience of supporting her daughter through diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer is presented. As a gynaecology/oncology nurse, the event helped her to identify with patients and informed her professional practice.
