Article Abstract:
Nurses play a vital role in meeting the needs of people with mental illness and therefore have to work in multidisciplinary teams in a range of environments, giving them a plethora of career options. However, many trusts are developing new, purpose-built facilities to take account of advances in understanding of mental illness.
