Article Abstract:
The experiences of three families that sought expert advice on their children's bedtime problems are presented. The advice included establishing a reward system, praising positive behavior and using a pictorial chart of the bedtime routine.

A visit to see how the staff is making eating healthy fun is described. The parents and students at Malcolm X elementary in Berkeley, CA, give their school two(green) thumbs up for its kid-tended garden and cooking and nutrition curriculum.
