There is no certifying board for sport-medicine doctors. Therefore people wanting to use such a doctor must carefully check out what is being offered and by whom. Tips are offered on how to find and evaluate medical personnel who offer to help with injuries and illness associated with sports.

The 10 hidden causes of fatigue

Fatigue during the workweek can be caused by sleeping in late during the weekends. Waking up late in the morning suppresses the release of cortisol, a hormone that causes one to feel awake. Other causes of fatigue include exposure to indoor lighting and low blood pressure.
