A time-saving technique for making accurate temporary restorations
Article Abstract:
A third-year dental student describes a technique for making a temporary acrylic restoration that has minimal acrylic excess that must be removed. This saves much time and even more patient time can be saved if the dentist has a model of the patient's teeth. The restoration can be created on the model shortly before the patient arrives for the appointment.
