Adoptive tumor therapy with T lymphocytes enriched through an IFN-gamma capture assay
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on the adoptive T-cell therapy. Results indicate that interferon-gamma that is essential for the tumor rejection mediate tumor rejection upon adoptive transfer and that the tumor-specific T cells can be enriched from the lymphocytes that infiltrate human renal cell carcinoma by the interferon-gamma capture assay.

Direct access to CD4(super +) T cells for defined antigens according to CD154 expression
Article Abstract:
A new method that enables the assessment and isolation of T(sub H) cells specific for a defined antigen according to CD154 expression induced after stimulation in vitro is reported. Results reveal that antigen-induced CD154 expression is highly sensitive and specific for human and mouse antigen-specific T(sub H) cells.

High-sensitivity immunoflourescence for detection of the pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines gamma interferon and interleukin-10 on the surface of cytokine-secreting cells
Article Abstract:
Research presented concerns the detection of cytokines using high-sensitivity immunofluorescence. Topics addressed include the identification of magnetofluorescent liposomes, anti- and pro-inflammatory cytokines gamma interferon, and interleukin-10.
