Aging is a normal and natural process that affects all parts of the human body. It is not surprising that health product manufacturers try to market supplements that promise to slow down the aging process. While vitamins hormones may contribute to some degree of physical well-being, the best approach is a healthy diet, regular exercise and consistent mental stimulation.
