Environmental exposure to volatile organic compounds among workers in Mexico City as assessed by personal monitors and blood concentrations
Article Abstract:
Research in Mexico City, Mexico, has shown blood benzene levels for several occupational groups is significantly higher than similar populations in Western countries. Chronic exposure to benzenes can produce blood levels 5 times higher than those in a US population.
