Avoidable dangers on the farm
Article Abstract:
Agricultural accidents are increasing in developing countries as farmers use more advance machinery but nations fail to enact safety laws. Safety education and legislation could reduce the number of farm injuries. A study of injury rates in rural India is discussed.

The elderly can avoid falls
Article Abstract:
Persons over 65 should minimize the risks of falling by keeping in shape, avoiding tranquilizers, adapting problem areas such as the bathroom and stairs, and tacking down loose carpets or cords. Over 40% of people over 65 fall once a year.
