Beating bureaucracy to gain approval for research
Article Abstract:
Several measures are being taken to beat the bureaucracy, which will help the nurses undertaking research in making the entire process much simpler and free of all the approval processes, as well as the paper-based activities. The author suggests that the committees should fasten the entire process, as the nurses tend to waste a lot of their time in completing such formalities, which also affects their work to a large extent.
