Recognize the many facets of gerontological nursing
Article Abstract:
One of the tough jobs for nurses and other staff at any medical institute is caring for older patients, as they are vulnerable and it is difficult to monitor newer infections in them. Nurses need to improve the acute care environments, promote independence, prevent functional decline and maintain a healthy and safe environment in the hospital, which will encourage geriatric caring.
