Article Abstract:
A 15-year-old girl with itching, pain in her left leg and back, and enlarged lymph nodes in her chest was diagnosed with advanced Hodgkin's lymphoma. This is a cancer of B cells, which are part of the immune system. This patient had the nodular lymphocyte-predominant form of Hodgkin's lymphoma. She was successfully treated with chemotherapy.

Case 28-2004: newborn twins with thrombocytopenia, coagulation defects, and hepatosplenomegaly
Article Abstract:
A case study is presented of two identical male infants who showed symptoms of fever, splenomegaly, hepatomegaly, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, hypofibrinogenemia, and hyperbilirubinemia. The pathological diagnosis indicated familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, caused by a mutation in the perforin gene.

A review on dermatomyositis, caused due to a malignant tumor in the abdomen is presented with reference to a case study of a 68-year-old man admitted to hospital for rash and muscular debilitation.
