Changing nursing changing times
Article Abstract:
Nursing Times, the leading nursing magazine in the UK is changing with the times in order to better serve its readers, like nursing itself which has taken many different shapes and forms over the centuries. There is increasing interest in complementary therapies and nurses are able to practise the skills that attracted them to nursing in the first instance. Nursing will be increasingly appreciated with the move back to humanitarian values, and there is a need for a revitalised form of professionalism that empowers patients.
