Article Abstract:
Patients on coronary artery bypass graft coronary artery bypass graft (CAGG) waiting lists experience numerous emotional disturbances. The introduction of a nurse-led presurgical intervention that comprises home visits and follow-up calls from a specialist cardiac nurse based at the hospital, is reported.
